Our process
We begin by taking a look at your site to determine the scope of the project, how much it will cost, and whether or not we can provide enough value to justify our fee. We aren't in business to make people unhappy, so if the job is not right for us, we will tell you straght out.
Once we have agreed to move forward, we will send you a questionnaire to complete. Your answers will give us the background information about your business and your website that we need to begin.

- Perform the two tasks on your site that you say are most important and report what obstacles users may encounter
- Compare and contrast your site with your your competitors' sites
Most important of all, we tell you what you need to do to get your website more in line with your expectations.
What you get
One week after you return the completed questionnaire, you will receive our review of your website. In the review, we will show you (with a lot of screen shots) exactly what and where the problems occur. The final section will be devoted to recommendations to help your site perform better.
